Scissors Used in Waynesville Bypass Ribbon Cutting

“What's the next thing on my list, was it the scissors? The scissors I have were given to me by James Clayton. They were his grandfather Henry Clayton's scissors from the ribbon cutting of the Waynesville Bypass in 1967. The Waynesville Bypass really helped the area in opening it up from I-40 for commerce and business.”
